On their website it is described as a nonprofit organization "devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less)." There you will be able to find talks in more than 100 languages about almost any topic: from social issues to history to science. Most of them also have subtitles available, so you will be able to follow the topic smoothly!

This website is like a huge pronunciation dictionary where you will be able to access and listen to sound clips in which native speakers from all around the world pronounce different words. It will definitely help you get familiar with many different accents!
